Your credit card transactions are handled by a secure third party server through
an 128-bit encryption link. Your credit card information is not stored on any of
Chess Cellar's servers and is not retrivable through our database.
Shipping Policies:
At Chess Cellar, we believe that you should have access to ALL shipping options.
If you live within Texas, or are ordering a lightweight item your shipping charge
will likely be cheaper than our $8 flat rate offer. However, if you're ordering
multiple items then the $8 flat rate is for you. If you order $100 of merchandise
or over, then you qualify for free shipping.
We will ship all over the world, but we
can not offer our $8 flat rate shipping outside of the contiguous United States.
Return Policies:
Due to the above security measures, Chess Cellar will not be able to issue any
refunds without the expiration date of your credit card. If you are expecting a
refund, you must give us the expiration date of the credit card that was used to
process your order.
Refunds for chess sets will be given upon return of item. You have 14 days after
delivery to return a chess product for a full refund (minus shipping). Refunds for
board games will be given only if the game is unopened.
If unsatisfied with the product, buyer has 14 days to return for a full refund, less shipping costs.
